From the Mahshahr office to the plant
The head office is in Phase 5 of Bandar Mahshahr and the plant is in Chemical Phase 1, at km 5 of the Mahshahr – Hendijan road. Orders are loaded directly from the plant warehouse, and visits are possible by prior arrangement.

What is the minimum order quantity?
For domestic sales the minimum order is one pallet: 40 bags of 25 kg, equal to one tonne. For export, the minimum order is one 20-foot container (up to approximately 26 tonnes).
How quickly will I receive a quote?
During working hours, a proforma invoice with the delivery time and payment terms is sent within 2 hours at most. Enquiries submitted outside working hours are answered in the first working hour of the next day.
Can I get a sample before buying?
Yes. A one-kilogram sample with the COA for that batch is sent for testing in your laboratory. Simply select the subject “Technical support” in the form above.
What are the payment and delivery terms?
For domestic sales, delivery is ex-works or by a contracted fleet, and deferred payment is available for customers under contract. For exports, delivery is FOB Bandar Imam Khomeini or CIF the destination port.
How can I visit the plant?
Visits are arranged through the head office at least 48 hours in advance. Bringing identification and observing site safety requirements (safety shoes, helmet and goggles) is mandatory.
