What is the purity of your caustic soda flakes?
Our caustic soda flakes are produced at 98–99% purity; the typical assay is 98.5% sodium hydroxide, while the minimum required by Iranian national standard ISIRI 364 is 98%. Carbonate, chloride and heavy metals in the product are also below the standard's limits.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For the domestic market the minimum order is 1 tonne, equal to 40 bags of 25 kg. Export orders start from one 20-foot container (approximately 22 to 26 tonnes).
Does every shipment come with a COA?
Yes. Every production batch is analysed in the quality control laboratory before release, and the COA — with the batch number printed on the packaging — is sent with the consignment and as a file.
How is the price set and how long is a quote valid?
The price is calculated from grade, quantity, packaging and delivery terms. A domestic proforma invoice is valid for 3 working days and an export quotation for 7 days. For periodic contracts, a fixed monthly price is offered.
Can you send a sample for testing?
Yes. A 1 kg sample in safe packaging with the COA is sent for testing in your laboratory. Submit your sample request through the enquiry form.
